I'm Tori and this is my little corner of the internet! On this website I share playlists of music I've found and love! I also share projects I've done professionally as well as promo for personal endeavors like my content channels and podcasts. I'll also have a blog and I'll discuss topics or things going on the world I care about.
All About Me (Personally)
Growing up you get asked,“what do you want to be when you grow up” and I thought I wanted to be so many things. I wanted to be a fashion designer like Raven from That’s So Raven or a firefighter, but the one thing I always wanted to be was a singer/musician. And as I’ve gotten older it feels like I should want to be something realistic, but that’s my dream and I don’t think you have to be realistic about your dreams. They can be boundless and you can dream anything you want. Anything can happen in life so why not dream big?
This website is really just me dreaming big. Maybe tons of people come to visit my little corner of the internet and maybe nobody does but I want it to be here for me.
As I’ve gotten older and more confident in my dream I’ve discovered other things I enjoy doing, like creating. I host 2 podcasts and make content on TikTok. I’ve tried YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, etc. and it’s really tough to build a platform/community. With that being said the one thing I’ve learned from making content is that it’s really just about you. If you love what you do the results will follow. Everything is about falling in love with the process and even when you hate it, be appreciative that you get to do it anyways!
With that being said this website is a culmination of everything I love and create. It’s a website full of my passions and some blog posts here and there. There are playlists with my favorite music, podcasts, videos I love, etc.
I believe we have something to learn from everyone we meet and I hope you can learn something or find something new to love while you’re in my corner!
About Me (Professionally)
I am currently looking for my first job out of college. While attending college I worked in the food service industry where I learned a lot about the importance of company culture and growth as well as important concepts in management and teamwork. In between applying for jobs I spend my time building up my personal platforms!

Georgia State University
I recently graduated from Georgia State University, College of Arts & Sciences, Summa Cum Laude, BIS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Media Entrepreneurship.
I have grown up enjoying media, constantly consuming it and creating it, so while in college I wanted to have an understanding of the media industry as well as learn about business. Throughout my time at GSU I spent most of my time in the Robinson College of Business where I learned about Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration & Management, as well as Information Systems.
When I wasn't taking business courses I spent time in writing classes and creative media courses.
While attending I made the Dean's List 3 times and the President's list 4 times.
Work Experience
September 2023 - Present
AEP Lead Counselor
Housing Authority of The City of Carrollton
I currently work for a non-profit and work as a sexual-risk avoidance counselor to kids who live in low-income housing.
While working there I've learned about the cycle of poverty and how impactful just showing up everyday for others can be. It has been a humbling experience to recognize the privileges I've grown up with and I think everyone should have experience working in a local community.
It's really easy to not care about the things going on around you because you're not experiencing them or seeing them happening first hand-- this job changed my outlook on the class system in the US among many other things.
